Digital electrohydraulic servo-actuators, stand-alone units, performing position control in a closed-loop. The complete motion control cycle operated through external signals (from the machine's PLC), or by programming an internal controller.

Servo-actuators, composed of a servo-cylinder with a position transducer, and a servo-proportional valve with onboard driver and axis card, factory assembled and tested. Provided with optional Fieldbus interfaces for functional parameters setting, reference signals, and real-time diagnostics. The USB interface for connection to Atos PC software, allowing easy customization of the AZC configuration to meet the specific application's requirements.

The PARISON control is a process, used in the plastic blow molding machines for the wall thickness distribution of continuous extruded profiles. Used to obtain hollow items like plastic bottles, tanks, etc., whose thickness can be modulated, depending on the required localized mechanical resistance. 

The Atos CKG actuators are special servo-cylinders operated by a highly dynamic proportional valve, providing high performance and regulation repeatability. The compact integral execution ensures the best hydraulic system's stiffness, permits high dynamics and position accuracy.

The CKG actuator is composed of a special cylinder, equipped with low friction seals and LVDT position transducer, a highly dynamic servo-proportional valve with a zero-lapped spool and LVDT position transducer.
