General provisions

1.1. The rules of use of this online store (hereinafter referred to as the Rules) determine the rights and obligations of the Buyer and UAB Domingos prekyba (hereinafter referred to as the Seller), the procedure for the purchase, payment, delivery, return of the goods, liability of the parties and other provisions for purchasing goods by the Buyer at the e-shop.

1.2. The seller has the right at any time to unilaterally amend, amend or supplement the Terms, in accordance with the requirements of the law. Changes to the rules come into force when they are posted to the store. Upon publication of the amended Terms, the Buyer continues to use the Store, which means that the Buyer unconditionally accepts all amendments to the Rules.

  1. Protection of personal data

2.1. In order to order the goods in the online store and / or use other services of the Shop, the Buyer must register on this website, stating the correct and complete details of the required data. If the Buyer is a legal person, he must indicate the legal person's code and the VAT payer's code (if any).

2.2. The Buyer is solely responsible for the correctness of the data provided in the registration form and assumes full responsibility for all consequences arising or likely to arise for the Purchaser and / or third parties due to the inaccuracy of the data provided.

2.3. The Buyer understands and agrees that any actions performed by connecting to the online store using the Customer's login data will be considered by the Seller as actions performed by the Buyer, therefore the Buyer undertakes to ensure secrecy and not disclose to third parties, as well as take all possible security measures, so that the third people do not use them.

2.4. The Seller undertakes not to disclose the Customer's personal data to third parties, except in cases where this is necessary for the proper execution of the Customer's order. In all other cases, the law of the Republic of Latvia applies.

2.5. The Buyer agrees that the Seller will manage and process the data submitted at the time of registration at the time specified in these Rules.

2.6. By confirming these Rules, the Buyer agrees that the emails and telephone numbers indicated by him indicate the informative messages necessary for the ordering of the goods.

  1. Buyer's rights and obligations

3.1. The Buyer has the right to purchase the goods on the Internet shop dominga.lt in compliance with the requirements specified in these Rules and legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.

3.2. The buyer must accept ordered goods and pay the price of the goods and their delivery.

  1. Seller's rights and obligations

4.1. In the event of material circumstances, the Seller has the right to temporarily or permanently discontinue the operation of the e-shop without a clear warning.

4.2. The Seller may without prior notification inform the Buyer to cancel his order if the Buyer does not pay for the goods within 3 (three) business days after choosing the payment through electronic banking or by bank transfer.

4.3. If the Buyer attempts to harm the stability and security of the online store or otherwise violates its obligations, the Seller may, without prior notice, restrict or stop the Buyer from accessing the online store. In exceptional cases, the Customer's registration may be canceled.

4.4. The seller has the right to place links to other websites in the online store, but is not responsible for the information or activities that are posted on them.

4.5. The Seller has other rights provided for in the Conditions and the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.

4.6. The Seller undertakes to provide the Buyer with the possibility to use the services provided by the e-shop in accordance with the terms and conditions set out in these Rules and the Online Shop.

4.7. The Seller undertakes to arrange delivery of goods ordered by the Buyer at the address indicated by the Buyer.

4.8. Due to important circumstances, having failed to deliver the goods ordered to the Buyer, the Seller undertakes to offer the Buyer a similar or as much as possible a similar product. If the Buyer does not agree with this purchase, the Seller refunds the money paid by the Buyer within 5 business days.

  1. The price of the goods and the procedure for their payment

5.1. In the online store and in the order form, the prices of goods are indicated in euro, excluding VAT.

5.2. Next to the item is its description. If the information provided to the Buyer is not sufficient, he must contact the Seller for further information. When ordering a product, the Buyer confirms that the information provided in the Shop about the item is complete and clear to him.

5.3. The Seller has the right at any time without informing the Buyer, changing the range of goods in the Shop, their descriptions, prices, delivery terms and other information contained in the store.

5.4. The delivery price of the item is not included in the price of the item unless expressly stated otherwise.

5.5 The buyer can pay for goods through electronic banking through the electronic banking system used by him.

5.6. Without paying for goods within 3 (three) business days, UAB Domingos prekyba has the right, without notice, to cancel the order in advance.

5.7. The buyer can see and can print the order sheet - a prepayment account.

  1. Delivery of goods

6.1. The seller places the goods throughout Lithuania except for the Curonian Spit.

6.2. At the time of booking, the buyer undertakes to indicate the exact place of delivery of the goods.

6.3. The buyer undertakes to accept the goods himself. In the event that he can not accept the goods himself, and the goods are delivered to the indicated address and on the basis of other data provided by the Buyer, the Buyer is not entitled to convey to the Seller claims regarding the delivery of the goods to an unfit entity.

6.4. Goods are delivered no later than within 4 business days after receipt of payment.

6.5. Goods are delivered by the Seller or an authorized transport company.

6.6. The delivery price does not include the landing price of the item when the weight of the item exceeds 30 kg. This service is paid by the Buyer for this service.

6.7. At the time of delivery of the item, the Buyer must, together with the representative of the Seller or its authorized transport company, check the condition of the shipment, quantity, quality and range of goods. Upon signature of the buyer or other person accepting the goods in the consignment note without comments, the consignment is deemed to be intact and no later claims of violation of the package packaging are accepted.

6.8. If the Buyer refuses to accept ordered goods or the delivery of the item is impossible due to the fact that the Buyer has specified the wrong delivery address at the time of ordering the goods, the Buyer is obliged to pay a fine of 30EUR and to compensate all Seller losses incurred by the Seller due to improper performance or non-fulfillment of the obligations of the Buyer.

6.9. The Seller is not liable for the fact that the Purchaser was not delivered or was late delivery of the ordered goods if this was due to the fault of third parties or due to circumstances that the Seller could not control and reasonably foresee at the time of booking and could not prevent the occurrence of these circumstances or their consequences.

  1. Warranty

7.1. All goods marketed in the Store are guaranteed by the manufacturer.

  1. Return of goods

8.1. Return of goods takes place in accordance with the 2001 June 29 Order of the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Lithuania No 217 "On Approval of Rules for the Return of Goods and Exchange". The buyer can return the goods through the courier who has delivered them or send by post no later than within 7 business days from the date of delivery of the item to the Buyer. In this case, the Buyer is returned all the price paid for the returned goods, but the cost of delivery and non-refundable goods are returned to him. The cost of returning the Goods to the Seller is paid by the Buyer. For goods returned under the conditions provided for in this clause, the money paid by the Buyer shall be returned no later than within 15 working days after the date of delivery by the Buyer to the Dealer.

8.2. Goods returned must be intact (if any), in the original packaging of the item and in the package, can not be used or lost marketable appearance. The buyer is responsible for the complete assembly and packaging of the item. If the item is not fully completed, used and / or damaged and / or lost market appearance, disorderly and / or improperly packaged, the Seller has the right not to accept returned goods and not to return the money paid by the Buyer for it.

8.3. The Buyer is not entitled to return such goods, the refunds of which are not determined by the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.

  1. Exchange of information

9.1. The seller sends notifications or questions to info@dominga.lt.

9.2. The buyer sends all messages and questions to the address given in the "Contact" section of the Seller's e-shop.

  1. Final provisions

10.1. E-shops dominga.lt The rules are formed in accordance with the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania, therefore, the relations based on them are subject to the law of the Republic of Lithuania.

10.2 All disputes arising out of or relating to an order between Buyer and Seller are negotiated. Failing to reach an agreement, disagreements are resolved in accordance with the procedure established by legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.
