KESLA 114 product family is suitable for private wood transport or small scale contract work on demanding terrain since the KESLA 114HD model has a hydraulic roll drive. The trailer can carry a heavy, up to 10 t, netload. Like in all other KESLA tractor forest trailers, the front screen and the front screen supports between first stakes and the screen come as standard.
With frame extension (accessory), the operational length increases up to 1 055 mm. To increase safety, the hydraulic 4-wheel drum brakes or pneumatic 4-wheel brakes are available as an accessory. With available accessories, the user can easily tailor the trailer according to the needs. Now it is possible to mount a slightly larger crane on top of the trailer frame than before.
The bunk bottom has a toothing that keeps the trees from sliding in the longitudinal direction. Poles have reinforcements at the bending point. The stiff bunks are attached directly to the trailer chassis tube and are freely movable. The rotation prevention plugs in the bottom of the poles prevent the poles from rotating and falling off.
The firm and torsional, single beam frame (200 x 200 mm) is sturdy but lightweight in structure. It enables a bigger payload.
Depending on the model, the trailers are equipable with drum brakes or hydraulic disc brakes on two or four wheels. The compressed air brakes are available for almost all trailer models, as well as the parking brake.
In all KESLA forest trailers, the partition space is adjustable when moving the load. This additional feature improves the trailer’s availability when placing the loader on the tractor’s rear platform. The front support provides additional support to the partition and always keeps the first pair of bunks in the right position.
There are trailer models in the KESLA trailer range, which are equipable with a hydraulic scroll or hub drive (optional factory equipment). The H-model forest trailers can also be equipped with an HD-roll drive later on.
