The CLARK CGC40-70 series represents a new generation of compact and high-performance LPG (liquefied petroleum gas) forklift trucks with cushion tires. These models, with a lifting capacity ranging from 4000 kg to 7000 kg, are specifically designed for space-critical applications and heavy load handling operations. They feature an extremely small turning radius and high performance, making them ideal assistants in warehouses and manufacturing facilities. The forklifts are powered by a reliable PSI six-cylinder, 82 kW (4.3 l) LPG engine, equipped with a controlled 3-way catalytic converter.

The CGC40 model is equipped with a 1-gear transmission as standard, while CGC50-70 models feature a 2-gear transmission with electronic control, ensuring comfortable and precise travel.

In terms of working aisle width, the CGC70 with a width of 4,425 mm is also superior to the C40, which has a working aisle width of 4,816 mm.

• Steering Axle: Spherically mounted tie rods withstand shocks from uneven ground without breaking or coming loose. Tapered roller bearings can be lubricated and ensure a long service life and reduced downtimes.

• Operator Position and Control: Standard equipment includes a fully suspended CLARK vinyl seat, with 15 cm adjustable seating position and an ergonomically shaped seat cushion. A structured, non-slip floor mat and vibration and noise damping increase driver comfort. Protected work lights, brake and reversing lights, and indicators are mounted high to prevent damage. The tiltable steering column allows for optimal adjustment to the driver's needs, while ergonomic hydraulic levers ensure convenient operation. Controlled travel with simultaneous fast lifting is ensured by the "Inching" pedal with integrated brake function.

• Sturdy Mast and Fork Carriage Design: Unhindered visibility through wider mast profiles, which provide space for cylinders, hoses, and chains. Integrated I-profiles are 55% more torsionally rigid than traditional flat profiles, which reduces deformation even with side impacts and improves longevity and stability at high lift heights. Angled load rollers and a 6-roller fork carriage with 4 side support rollers ensure optimal load distribution and minimal play.

• CGC40-55 Models: These compact powerhouses from the CLARK series are perfectly suited for transporting paper rolls, steel pipes, large drums, or heavy steel coils. With the CGC series, you can safely and economically use attachments, such as roll clamps.

• CGC60/70 Models with Overhead Tilt Cylinders: Thanks to the overhead tilt cylinders, forces acting on the mast during operation are diverted to the rear via the overhead guard frame. As a result, vibrations affecting the driver are reduced, and the load is protected.
