The principle of operation of the shredder:

• Waste is fed into the shredder from above, through a large hopper or by a conveyor from the side.

The internal hydraulic feed guides are made of friction-resistant material (polyamide). The patented V-type rotor is made of solid steel. This type of rotor ensures particularly fast and high-quality shredding, as the distance between the rotor and the counter-knife is reduced to a minimum. In this way, the shredded waste does not move and is pushed through the sieve into the lower part of the shredder. Curved four-sided knives are installed in special knife pockets in the rotor. This ensures the longevity of the knife. Each knife can also be used on four sides. When one side is worn, the knife is turned and used further.
