1900 series shut-off valves are non-return valves that can close the suction line in the event of air leakage from the suction cup, it is not located on the workpiece, or is not fully adherent.

These valves are designed for application with suction cups; in case there is no object to be lifted, the suction grip is defective, or in the presence of leakage, the valve closes off suction automatically. Therefore, the drop of the vacuum degree, in the still-gripping suction cups, is prevented.

When valves are entirely shut off, a small airflow to the vacuum source remains, thus, a suction cup that has not yet gripped to an object is lifted to recreate the vacuum inside of it, and carry out its gripping action without repeating the work cycle.

The N776 series of valves and solenoid valves technically and functionally developed from the 776 series. The traditional piston was replaced with a rolling diaphragm, thus eliminating friction and wear on the gasket.

The additional gasket, on the piston insulating connection 3, makes it possible to have normally open versions and self-supplied versions with vacuum (not available in the 776 series). The N776 series has the M3R (Mechanism CNOMO) actuation mechanisms with two-position manual control.
