Pressure transducers measure the static and dynamic pressure of the hydraulic fluid, supplying a voltage or current output signal. The sensor is composed of a thin film circuit, which is highly resistant to overloads and pressure peaks. The integrated electronic circuit supplies an amplified voltage or current output signal, proportional to the hydraulic pressure, with thermal drift compensation.

E-ATR-8 equip pressure control digital proportional valves with integral transducer and electronics, REB/RES execution (E-ATR-7 for  TERS execution).

Transducers are used in association with other Atos digital proportional units to perform pressure control ina closed-loop:

  • variable displacement axial piston pumps PE(R)S execution (AS170)

The transducer's and electronics' housings are designed to contain the possible explosion, which could be caused by the pressure from the mixture of gas inside the housing, thus avoiding dangerous gas propagation in the external environment.

E-ATRA-7 has ex-proof proportional pressure control valves, RES execution, also with SP and SF option for pressure control in a closed-loop.

Compact electronic pressure switch with an integrated digital display, available for 3 different pressure ranges. The working pressure is measured and monitored in real-time, on a 4 digits display in bar, Mpa, kPa, psi, or kg/cm3.

The display can be mechanically rotated on 1 axis and electronically turned in 180o. It provides two independent outputs with electronic contacts, which are triggered when the pressure in the hydraulic circuit reaches the switch point or window.

The functional parameters as the pressure switching point, hysteresis' range, the pressure's measuring units, and other additional functions, set by the end-user through proper programming keys.
