Pressure control proportional valves

CRE - a direct operated proportional pressure control valve, in cartridge version, allowing the valve's application in blocks and panels with a D-10A type seat.

The valve can be used, as a pilot stage, for the remote control of two-stage pressure control and pressure reducing valves. The adjustment of pressure can be continuous, in proportion to the current, supplied to the solenoid.

The valve can be controlled directly, by a current control power supply unit, or by a specific electronic control unit, for the full exploitation of the valve's capabilities.

Max press: up to 250 bar.

PRE* - pilot operated proportional pressure relief valves with a standard ISO 6264 (CETOP RP 121H) mounting interface.

Normally, these valves are used to control pressure in a hydraulic circuit and to enable the use of the pump's full flow rate, even when settings are reaching calibrated values. The two-stage design and wide passages, ensure the reduction of pressure drops, thereby improving the system's energy performance.

These valves can be controlled directly (by a current control supply unit), or via relevant electronic control units, for the full exploitation of the valve's capabilities. Valves are fitted with a manual pressure relief valve, which has a factory set to ≥15% of the maximum value of the pressure control range.

Max flow: up to 500 l/min.
Max press: up to 350 bar.

MZE - 3-way pilot operated proportional pressure reducing valves designed as modular versions with a standard ISO 4401 (CETOP RP121H) mounting interface.

The valves are used to reduce pressure in the secondary circuit branches, ensuring the stability of the controlled pressure, as the secondary pressure is regulated regardless of the flow that flows through the valve.

Pressure can be modulated continuously proportionally to the current supplied to the solenoid. The valve is only available with an internal drain on the T line, inside the valve.

The valve can be controlled directly (by a current control supply unit), or by an electronic control unit, for the full exploitation of the valve's capabilities.

Max press: up to 230 bar.
