DASH DISPLAY

• The microprocessor monitors the condition and controls the function of truck systems. Controls neutral starting and prevents cranking while the engine is running.
  
  
• LCD for hour meter and maintenance intervals display.
  
  
• LED lights display transmission temperature, engine oil pressure, alternator charge, fuel system malfunction, park brake applied, maintenance required, and seat belt.
  
  
• Push switches alter the headlight and optional work lights.

UPRIGHT & CARRIAGE

• Maximum visibility via a nested I-channel providing space for cylinders, hoses, and chains.
  
  
• The hydraulic cushioning valve allows silent staging, reduces shock and vibration.
  
  
• Shimmable, sealed & canted rollers, the carriage has six rollers to maximize load distribution and reduce free play.

OPERATOR COMPARTMENT

• Optional fully adjustable, full suspension seat, molded for support with a non-cinching, retractable seat belt.
  
  
• Tilt steering column, adjust to suit the operator, and provide easier entry/exit.
  
  
• Cowl-mounted hydraulic controls placed and sized for ease of use.

EPA COMPLIANT ENGINE

• High-performance HYUNDAI THETA LPG engine. The 4-cylinder, dual overhead cam engine produces 52 HP and 114 ft-lbs of torque @ 1500 rpm for superior performance. Internal, self-lubricating chain-driven cams and automatic chain tensioners provide long life and protection from debris.

• World-recognized 4TNV88 YANMAR DIESEL ENGINE with vertical exhaust standard. Durable, easy to start, easy to service, excellent fuel economy.

 

BRAKE SYSTEM

• Simple and error-proof brake system, the foot-applied brake can be released by hand or foot. After setting the parking brake, the transmission disengages to prevent driving against the brakes. The horn signals after 3 seconds in the absence of a brake after stopping.

 

HYDRAULIC SYSTEM

• When operating at maximum horsepower, uses a load-sensing flow control valve to reduce heat build-up.
  
  
• The main hydraulic valve incorporates adjustable flow controls for tilt and optimum auxiliary functions.
  
  
• The sectional design allows easy addition of extra functions and simplifies service.
  
  
• The Upright mounted load lowering valve controls lowering independently of the engine speed.

 

FRAME

• One piece frame, heavy-duty, welded & formed steel plate protects from impact damage and extends the life of the truck.
  
  
• An integral hydraulic pump with a remote breather cools hydraulics in heavy applications.

 

STEERING AXLE

• Rugged "Double Shear" design allows withstanding impact without loosening or breaking.
  
  
• A simple, double-ended cylinder design provides an additional steering force.
