"Tvilum" (Poland) - cycle filter, pipelines 2016.

In Poland (August 2016), a dust suppression system project was carried out at Tvilum Poland together with partners from Nederman Denmark.
During the works, a Nederman cyclofilter CJB7 was installed, three dust extraction lines with air return were designed and installed.
Transportation of the collected wood waste was planned to the existing scraper conveyor. Due to the lack of free space in the company, the CJB7 cyclofilter was the best fit, which required only 4x4 m2 of free space for installation with 100,000m3/h of extracted air.

Specification:

The new generation of Nederman Cyclonic filters CJB preseparates the majority of waste before the dust enters the bags. In this way, the load on the filter bags decreases and their durability increases.

Typical dust emissions are lower than 0.1mg/m³, with a 50% smaller filtration area compared to chain filters. Filtration efficiency is up to 99.99974%

Features:

• Combines the advantage of cyclone separation with the efficiency of a bag filter
• Systems can be designed for large amounts of waste up to 300 g/m³
• Takes up little space
• Explosion-proof valves certified according to the ATEX directive are installed.
• The dust concentration of the cleaned air is lower than 0.1 mg/m³
• Automatic bag cleaning with compressed air as needed. In this way, a very high cycle filter load is possible for continuous 24-hour operation.
• Automated and controlled bag cleaning. The need for compressed air for cleaning the bags is small.
• Economical and efficient device
• Easy to service, few moving parts
• Long-lasting filter housing
• Two versions of the system are available - vacuum cyclofilter or counter-pressure.
