New generation drying chamber system 603

Twice the drying time and twice the energy consumption

The lower the drying temperature, the more uniform the distribution of moisture in the wood.

By keeping the humidity in the chamber very low, the drying time is accelerated rapidly.
This option is only possible with the new patented Mühlböck system 603.
The removal of a large amount of moisture is ensured by the use of a system of fans controlled by frequency converters, rather than dehumidification fans in the chimneys.

This especially reduces energy costs. In order to ensure high drying quality,
into the chamber, fresh air is also supplied evenly through the heat recuperators.

Obvious advantages of the system:
- Drying time is reduced by up to 50%
- Energy consumption is reduced by 50% or more
- Uniform moisture in dried wood
- Reduced drying area and shortened loading time
- There are no mechanically moving parts or sensors on the roof of the chamber
- Thermal energy is saved, as part of the heat is returned to the chamber
- Low drying temperature is especially suitable for drying hard and light wood

Especially suitable for:
- For quick drying of wet and thin boards (- In case of large moisture differences in the wood at the beginning of drying
- In case of high humidity at the end of drying and uniform moisture distribution
- Dry the hardwood
- To dry discolored wood
- Reduce storage costs
- Reduce logistics costs
- To save electricity
- When low temperature thermal energy is supplied
