High response servo proportional valves

DXE3J - a four-way (3 + fail-safe position) servo-proportional valve. The valve is operated by a highly dynamic proportional solenoid with high responsiveness and solenoid output. Thus, it achieves high-performance and does not require pilot pressure. The spool's position is controlled by a linear transducer (LVDT) in a closed-loop, which ensures high precision and repeatability.

The valve is available in six different nominal volumes with flow up to 40 l/min, and the piston variant without overlap (so-called ZERO cut).

DXE3J * valve is equipped with integrated electronics, based on SMD technology. This technology ensures a standardized controller concept that ensures simplified electrical wiring. The unit does not require any specialized setting, other than the possible electronic regulation of the zero-point.

Suitable for control applications with positioning in a closed-loop, velocity, and pressure. In case of power down or without the enable input, the spool automatically reaches a "fail-safe" position.

(DXPE*J) DXRE*J - directional control valves, operated by a servo proportional pilot, with a standard ISO 4401 mounting surface.

The spool's position is controlled by a linear position transducer (LVDT) in a closed-loop. The linear position transducer guarantees high precision with high repeat accuracy. In the case of the voltage supply failure, the main spool is set to a "fail-safe" position.

The valve is featured wit integral electronics based on SMD technology, which ensures standard regulations and simplifies the electric wiring. The unit does not require any additional adjustments.

Valve's settings are adjusted through a digital amplifier. For specialized applications, the valve's settings can be changed, individually, via the parameter-tool/kit.

DXJ3 - a CETOP 03, four-way, servo-proportional valve. This valve has a direct drive with a linear force motor, resulting in high dynamic performances, which are not dependent on the system pressure. The spool position is controlled by a closed-loop, linear transducer (LVDT), which ensures high precision and repeatability.

The valve is available in four different nominal flow volumes (up to 40 l/min), zero overlap spools (so-called ZERO cut), and a standard ISO 4401 (CETOP RP 121H) mounting surface. A version with an external drain is available.
