Electric Ride-On Pallet Stacker for Efficient, Fast and Safe Material Handling

The Silverstone CDD16-A2FLIH is a modern electric ride-on pallet stacker designed for companies that want to combine high performance, smooth operation and safe handling in daily warehouse operations.

With a 1600 kg capacity, powerful AC drive technology, and intelligent safety systems, it is an excellent solution for warehouses, logistics terminals and industrial environments where both speed and stability are essential.

The compact design with a total width of only 800 mm allows the stacker to operate easily in confined spaces and enables deep pallet stacking in racking systems without the stacker touching the racks or the load.

What truly distinguishes the CDD16-A2FLIH is the combination of high travel speed, precise control and excellent operator comfort. The truck reaches speeds of up to 9 km/h unloaded and 8 km/h loaded, making it well suited for internal transport over longer distances. The foldable ride-on platform allows operators to work efficiently during intensive shifts, while the ergonomic tiller arm and proportional control ensure smooth and precise movements during stacking and maneuvering.

It is built on a 24V AC platform with proportional control, providing smooth driving characteristics, strong responsiveness and improved energy efficiency. The stacker is equipped with an AC drive motor, ZF transmission and ZAPI controller, a combination that delivers powerful performance, stable driving behavior and reliable control even in demanding applications.

The micro-regulation steering system further improves precision when loading and unloading goods.

The battery and charging solution is another major advantage. The standard configuration includes a 24V / 205Ah lithium battery, with an optional 24V / 300Ah battery for extended operating time. The stacker can operate for up to 7.6 hours, allowing it to handle a full working shift efficiently. At the same time, fast charging capability reduces downtime significantly, with charging times of around 2 hours depending on battery configuration. The side-mounted charging port makes charging quick and convenient without unnecessary handling.

For operations working in colder environments, the battery is equipped with standard battery heating, helping maintain reliable operation and performance in low temperatures. The battery design also allows easy lifting and replacement, simplifying maintenance and service work.

In terms of safety, the Silverstone CDD16-A2FLIH features several intelligent systems that enhance both operator safety and operational control. The stacker is equipped with an intelligent speed reduction system, where travel speed automatically decreases as the lifting height increases, improving stability when the mast is raised. It also includes automatic speed reduction in corners, further enhancing safety during turning.

Additionally, the stacker features an adaptive damping steering system, which adjusts steering resistance based on travel speed. At higher speeds, steering resistance increases, providing greater control and safer operation. An adaptive emergency braking system helps the stacker stop quickly in critical situations, improving operator protection. The operator presence sensor on the ride-on platform detects when the operator is correctly positioned and supports safe ride-on operation.

The stackers construction is designed for long service life and maximum stability. The robust frame, integrated chassis design and strong H-beam mast provide improved visibility and increased torsional rigidity. This results in stable and confident stacking performance, especially at higher lift heights. The modular design also simplifies servicing, while the intelligent color display provides the operator with clear information about truck status and functions.

The Silverstone CDD16-A2FLIH is therefore an excellent choice for companies looking for a stacker with high travel speed, efficient lithium battery technology, fast charging, advanced safety systems and superior operator comfort. It is a stacker built to deliver every day – fast, stable and reliable.
